If we do not incorporate activities such as yoga, meditation, walking, or running into our routine, our body becomes weak and susceptible to diseases. That is why doctors recommend at least 40 minutes of exercise daily. It is important to note that not all individuals neglect their fitness, as many are conscious of their health and regularly practice yoga and other exercises. On the other hand, there are also many individuals who do not engage in any physical activity, leading to various health problems due to their weakened bodies. Nowadays, the consumption of fast food has become a prevalent issue. Frequent consumption of fast food leads to an increase in body fat and negatively affects our body structure. Poor posture results in an improper body shape, such as a protruding belly, making us appear overweight. That is why it is crucial to maintain a proper diet and consume nutritious food. By following a balanced diet and engaging in regular exercise, we can lead a happy and healthy life. Therefore, it is recommended to dedicate at least 40 minutes daily to exercise.
**HOW CAN WE DETERMINE IF SOMEONE IS A GOOD FIT ?
- If an individual is mentally and physically fit ,it can be started that they are in good shape.
